Ethics and Integrity Program with annual training for all staff,
Quality Assurance Program, as described in our Comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan, with annual training for all staff,
A complete set of Standard Operating Procedures for all tests, and
Documented competency for all tests, including method detection limit (MDL) studies, performance evaluation studies, and initial demonstrations of competency.
