Commitment to Quality
REIC’s outstanding Quality Program demonstrates our commitment to consistently providing our clients with results they can rely on. REIC’s Quality Program is conducted under the oversight of our full-time, professional Quality Manager. REIC’s program includes the following:
- Ethics and Integrity Program with annual training for all staff,
- Quality Assurance Program, as described in our Comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan, with annual training for all staff,
- A complete set of Standard Operating Procedures for all tests, and
- Documented competency for all tests, including method detection limit (MDL) studies, performance evaluation studies, and initial demonstrations of competency.
